While getting ready for work the other morning, I had NY1 News on in the background.
They now have a Staten Island update (every 14 minutes after the hour?).
Bloomberg was announcing some improvements in Ferry Service (?). I can't recall the exact purpose -- but he added that in addition to this announcement (whatever that announcement was) there was another big plus: Buses would now be scheduled to meet passengers with the ferries!
Was that not the case before?
I suppose I'm lucky that I've never had to rely on the ferry-bus connection. But it still ruffles my feathers that this logical time connection wouldn't have already been in place for as long as the transportation has existed!
